Sponsorship Benefits

EPC offers a range of benefits for partners to promote their business to new Niners. The following outlines available touch points as well as highlights their reach/impact depending on the package you choose. The collection of touch points offered at each level are outlined on the Sponsorship Packages page.

Print

  • New Student Orientation Student Workbook: Full-color advertisements included in our largest annual publication, distributed to over 8,000 incoming students
    • Size options include ¼-, ½-, and one (1) page
  • Family Schedule: Name and/or logo inclusion on the back page of the printed schedule, distributed to over 5,400 family members
  • Check-in Signage: Name, logo or original content displayed on printed signage during NSO Check-in, viewable by all participants for approximately 60 minutes
  • Interest Session Signage: Name loge, original content on interest session signage viewable for approximately 30 minutes

Program

  • Sponsor Slide(s): Name, logo or original content as part of rotating slideshow in main spaces of the New Student Orientation program, viewable for approximately 60 minutes of transition time
  • Student Bags: Logo printed on bags provided to student participants, given to over 8,000 incoming students
  • Family Bags: Logo printed on bags provided to family participants, given to over 5,400 family members
  • Student NSO T-Shirt: Logo or name printed on the back of t-shirts provided to over 8,000 incoming students

Digital

  • Website: Name, logo or original content listed on sponsor tab of NSO website (orientation.charlotte.edu), visited approximately 40,000 times in a calendar year
  • Email: Name, logo or original content listed in post-session email, distributed to over 8,000 incoming students and 5,400 family members
  • 49er Family Hub: Advertisement or sponsored content in the 49er Family Hub, viewable to over 8,000 family members of enrolling students

In-Person

  • In-person opportunities are all space and time limited. EPC will work to ensure partners with packages that include these benefits have access to these spaces; however, space limitations may affect availability.
    • Family Resource Fair: Afternoon  tabling event during NSO for external partners to connect with incoming family members
