Partner with us.

Each year, Enrollment Programs & Communications (EPC) seeks to form sponsorships with alumni, local, non-profit and corporate businesses within the Charlotte region and beyond. Partnering with our office allows you to share your services and create lasting impressions with incoming students and their families. 

Our goal is simple–to prepare students and families to succeed at UNC Charlotte. Our New Student Orientation model enables partners to maximize their exposure and create community for students and their families to thrive at Charlotte both in-person and virtually. 

Partnering with EPC is contracted on a yearly basis. Sponsorships will be a part of the summer 2026 and spring 2027 programs. Information regarding 2026-27 sponsorship benefits and pricing can be found below under “Sponsorship Packages.”

Within the Division of Academic Affairs, EPC enhances student lifecycle through high-impact experiences and communications that foster belonging, promote success and instill community pride. This is achieved through various programs and services, including New Student Orientation (NSO). NSO is a required program for all incoming first-year and transfer students and assists students and their families in successfully transitioning to Charlotte. NSO is the first program that all incoming students participate in as they begin their journey in Niner Nation.

Over the past year, NSO served the largest incoming class in the history of UNC Charlotte, welcoming 4,687 first-year students, 2,568 transfer students and 4,701 guests. For many students, NSO is their first time on-campus and in Charlotte. With your sponsorship, we look forward to creating a distinctive transition experience for incoming students and families to the Niner Nation and Charlotte region.
